Ello There!

Thank you SO much for stopping by very own corner within this large realm that we call cyberspace! It has been on my heart for a very long time to start documenting my thoughts, experiences, and life-journey with the world as I discover and pursue my God-given mission— to inspire YOU to step out on FAITH and let your light so SHINE!

God has truly blessed me with a spirit of optimism (which can definitely be wee bit annoying if you are a “realist” and around me 24/7 lol). But even while living in a world that is filled with darkness and negativity, I am a firm believer in the power of positivity and extension of faith in the midst of trials and unfavorable circumstances. Through experience, I have learned three (3) MAJOR things:

1. I have learned that we all have a specific job to do and a role to play (you is IMPORTANT!)
2. I have witnessed the power of words and speaking life into ourselves and the lives of others.
3. Greatest of all, I have discovered the importance of knowing WHO you are and WHOSE you are.

It was not until I came into knowledge of who I was in Jesus Christ, that I was finally able to fully understand my invaluable worth, appreciate my uniqueness, and truly begin the journey of truly loving myself totally without bounds. Jesus Christ was my answer to that all-encompassing question of “WHO ARE YOU?!” and the start of my transformation journey towards Total Fitness: spiritually, mentally, emotionally, and physically. My transformation began internally and continues to beautifully manifest externally.

While on my journey towards Total Fitness and transforming into the best version of myself, a great desire was placed on my heart to help YOU see yourself the way that God see’s you: a beautiful invaluable gem with purpose, passion, and a powerful light. Through the sharing of my journey, I pray that I am able to inspire you to continue to pursue purpose and fight for the opportunity to live out your BEST days that God has called for you to experience. The journey towards transforming into your “Best-Self” will not be easy, but I promise that it will be TOTALLY worth it. This journey will call for you to let go, transition, grow, and blossom. & I mean, Who doesn’t want to blossom?! We spend too time looking at what we perceive as another person’s success and playing the ‘Comparison Game’, rather than living out our own journey. It’s time to flip ON your switch, take ownership of your light, and begin to shine your way to your goals.

You are created for greatness. You are filled with purpose, passion, promise, and power. You are called to have life and live it abundantly. But the common factor is that it all starts with YOU. While I am nowhere close to arriving at my final destination and achieving all of the dreams and aspirations that I have conjured up over my lifetime (lol), I have begun to experience the fruits of commitment to purpose: fulfillment, joy, and discovery of new levels. I invite YOU to join me on my journey towards transforming into the best version of myself, and I challenge you to give yourself a REAL CHANCE to do the same. YOU are certainly MORE than WORTH the effort.
